Module Descriptions

Week 1

Agents will launch their career from day one! The four modules in this week will teach agents the fundamentals of Working by Referral and how to build a client database of relationships that will produce a consistent level of high-quality customers and income.

Week 2

Covers how to stay in contact with your database, and how to care for your clients, all while building a sense of community. During the three modules in this week, agents will learn to implement the Working by Referral strategies that are used by the most successful agents in the business!

Week 3

The three modules in week three will dive into the 365 System and help agents become a time management wizard. They’ll learn how to leverage their time, money and energy as a small business owner and create the right mindset to be successful.

Week 4

Brian teaches agents to not only write goals, but achieve every goal they set! They’ll learn the power of goal setting and how to break through the common barriers that keep them from meeting those goals!

Week 5

Agents will begin developing their online and offline strategy and learn the three ways to generate leads. They will learn the most effective online lead conversion methodology ever developed for an agent that will take their online lead from an impression, to a prospect, to a qualified lead. Plus, they will receive the Do’s and Don’ts of Social Media to help them create a professional online presence.

Week 6

Brian Buffini will walk agents through the complete buyer experience from the initial buyer phone call, to hosting an open house, to follow-up after the meeting. They will receive his complete buyer presentation to follow step-by-step.

Week 7

The buyer experience continues and agents will learn how to show like a pro! They will follow Brian Buffini on an appointment for the pre-showing where he will show them how to show a house professionally and deliver a post-showing dialogue.

Week 8

 Brian Buffini will cover the crown jewel of the real estate business—the listing opportunity! Agents will learn why the pre-listing appointment is the secret ingredient to getting each and every listing appointment they ever go on.

Week 9

Follow Brian Buffini on a listing presentation and learn the key to secure a well-priced, well-positioned listing. They will also learn how to handle the more difficult price reduction presentation.

Week 10


Agents will discover how becoming a student of success can help increase their income. They’ll learn the wisdom from the past 100 years of personal development experts on how to develop their philosophy, improve their attitude and expand their physical energy.

 

Week 11

Teaches the common mistakes that are often made when it comes to money, the winning financial strategies to avoid them and how to handle every single commission check to eventually create a surplus and peace of mind.

Week 12

Defines the criteria to know which of their leads are hot, warm and lukewarm. Then learn how to cultivate those leads, and ultimately how to convert them into buyers and sellers.

Week 13

Agents will learn how to stand out with customer service. They will learn how to serve their clients before, during and after each sale in such a way that it will inspire their customers to refer them to everyone they know!

Week 14

Brian Buffini lays out a complete real estate career path so agents can learn how to sustain greatness! From new licensee, to producer, to professional and ultimately as an industry leader, they will learn how to sustain a long-lasting, highly profitable career!

How to Facilitate 100 Days to Greatness

Traditional

In this class format, you as the Mentor, have complete control of the video content. You’ll meet once a week, either in-person or virtually, with your students to watch the video training modules as a class and conclude the meeting by practicing role plays and dialogues and discussing strategies in a synergy session. You will invite your students to register for the class. Each module concludes with a quiz so you can be sure they are retaining the information.
