When Bryan Huff first started his career in real estate, he had what he felt was a solid background in sales. That early experience taught him the fundamentals, he noted, including how to generate, convert and deliver leads at a high level.
Not only was he striving to build up his finances, he also had another motivation — buying his first exotic sports car.
“I had a lot of self-doubt in my life that this could be possible,” he said, acknowledging that his upbringing had been modest. “And I had a lot of people that when I expressed my goal and what I wanted to achieve, told me that this was a crazy idea.”
Those goals inspired him to work hard, he added, making cold calls and knocking on doors. He had some success, but also ended up “hitting the wall after 6 years and getting burnt out.”
His wife Cristy, who also works with him, noted that in those early years, they had no structure or direction.
“We had no CRM systems. Everything was on paper, scattered everywhere,” she said. “It was very chaotic, running around trying to do the best we could. We were working probably 60 to 80 hours a week.”
Burn Out to Success with Coaching
Fortunately for Bryan he was invited to attend a Buffini & Company event. There, he found the answer he was looking for.
“Day one, I about jumped out of my seat with excitement because as I’m sitting here in this point of burnout, they’re talking about a systematic approach to higher level quality clients and a working by referral system,” he recalled.

“The biggest change is just the fact that I can include the entire team in this,” he said. “It’s added an extra layer of accountability and management to my group.”
Bryan’s Good Life
Now that Bryan is working by referral, he has found more time in his schedule to spend with his wife and their two children. That includes coaching his kids’ soccer teams.
Cristy is also thrilled that Bryan is not only finding success business-wise, but doing it in a way that brings him joy.
“I think Bryan’s become a better version of himself. He obviously loves his work more. He’s working with great clients, they’re referring great clients. Like it just keeps getting better,” she said.
And what about that other dream he had — of owning a fancy exotic car?
That goal has more than been reached. Bryan now has a “car garage” filled with a collection of several beautiful sports cars.
“ I do understand they’re just cars. But, you know, the thing with me is these were posters and dreams on the walls that I never thought I could accomplish. And I had many people through my life tell me there’s no way this could be accomplished,” he noted.
“Anybody can do this. There’s nothing too big. The great thing with the Buffini system is it helps you with the roadmap and speeds up the process drastically.” he added.
