Tyler Potter worked as a sports broadcaster for 12 years when he decided to make a career shift and get into real estate sales. He got his license in 2002 and struggled with building a business from scratch. With a small database to work, money was tight. He wasn’t sure if working by referral was the right system for him—but after attending his first Buffini & Company event—he decided to sign up for One2One Coaching.
Since joining Coaching Tyler’s production has increased by more than four times. Each of the past four years he’s been a top producing agent at Coldwell Banker Solano Pacific, but what he’s most excited about is the increased quality of life he has been able to provide for his family… including some pretty great vacations! 2015 was his best year in real estate (so far) and he feels like the best is yet to come!
